Multi part marketing campaign

Is there a way to setup a marketing campaign that has several steps? For
example First step might be a letter, next a post card, then an email or a
phone call. And to have outlook track it by contact involved and have a
reminder when it time for the next step. I would like to have something like
this so I could make it a maketing plan template so I can use it for new
contacts as they are added.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Jim:

Thanks for the lead in...

No, Outlook and BCM don't have that capability.

Yes, our pinpoint Marketing tool does exactly that. Check it out here:

Lon,

Thank you! I took a look at your products. Looks like you have the answer
for my needs. I was shocked to see the Real Estate version. Does it do
everything Top producer does?

Thanks again!

No, it doesn't do CMA's, it doesn't link to MLS's, and a few other things
that Top Producer does. However, using our pinpoint Marketing tool, it has
Action Plans and drip marketing plans, you're working in Outlook all day,
and you've got a choice of thousands of addon programs and interfaces you
can take advantage of. Plus, it's a one time purchase and no monthly fees.

One of the things we've been working on here is a way to take leads that
come in from website forms and get them into your BCM database
automatically. One of the BCM Team guys posted some code and we've expanded
on it. Our goal is to have a marketing or action plan automatically applied
as the form comes into Outlook as an email. Is this of interest?

Please consider us a resource and let us know how we can support you!
