Multi Logon's

Sometimes I need to logon to companies intranet via IPSec.
Other times I'm a stand alone, local home network user.
How do I set this up? Any questions for clarity just ask.

Laptop. sometime need to boot and logon to works'
intranet, user name, password, work grp. Other times boot
stand alone. But I connect via IPSec.
