Multi day meeting with different times

We have a process that has a weekly set of meetings that are:

M 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
T-F 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

I'm looking for a way to do this with one meeting request. A couple of ways
to do it with 2, but I'd like to just have 1 request if it's possible. We
have Office 2003.
