Mult Accounts File Differnces

Two Accounts both Admin. Ok at the start, however now in doc settings
account1's documents is in a different location in the (Tree) than account2's
documents. Systems seems to find things OK.
Also under My Computer only a duplicate of account's 1 files are now shown.
Something has happened to remove account'2 files from My Computer.

Two Accounts both Admin. Files were fine in the beginning. Now under Documents and Settings account2's folders are not in the same order as Account1's. The only one out of order is the Account2's Document folder, but I really don't think this makes a difference as all are still under Doc & Settings. What I believe is a problem is that Account'2 Documents are no longer in the MY COMPUTER Folder which appears to be a backup copy kept by Windows XP.

Can someone tell me what has happened. I cannot seem to make a copy into My
Computer by draging.

Sorry the first post was a mess. Try again. Everything seemed OK to begin with.
Now in the Documents and Settings folder the files & folders of account1 and
account2 are not listed in the same sequence. I don't think this matters if
they are still under Doc & Settings. The puzzle is why Account2's Documents
are no longer shown in the My Computer folder. I believe this is a backup or
duplicate place for account members document folders/files. Why or how did it
get removed? I cannot seem to make a copy of Account2's document folder in My
Computer folder. Seems to be a System folder,
Any help would be appreciated,
