MTLDR is missing

New hard drive and can't load Win XP Pro. Get the
message MTLDR is missing. I am a student at our High
School working with the computer department and have no
problems loading Win XP Pro on some of the computers but
on a couple have this problem. Please help to resolve
this problem on How I can get the operating system
loaded. Please advise on my email at (e-mail address removed)
