Error down loading an upgrade to Windows XP Home

The option to upgrade will not be avilable at this time
because setupwas unable to laod the file
E:\1386\WIN9XUPG\W9570G.DLL
This system could lnot find the file specified. OK Pressed

Computer continued to read disk; when it tried to load on
hard drive message appeared:

Couldn't open dirve multi (0) disk (0) rdisk (0)
Participation (1)

MTLDR: Couldn't opne drive multi (0) disk (0) rdisk (0)
