MSXML 4.0 SP2 Secutrty Update problems

This update keeps running continuously; it downloads onto my machine,
installs and then within seconds does the same thing. If auto up-date is
turned off when going to windows uodates, it stillshows as needing to be
installed and when installed shows the same message (that it needs to be
installed) again... and again and again.

Can some one please help me sort out this problem as I'm tempted to buy a
Mac Pro if this type of problem doesn't go away.

Uninstall that patch via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Next,
download and install these updates from here:

Can some one please help me sort out this problem as I'm tempted to
