For months, I've been unable to use IE for accessing my
email, or other pages requiring an exchange of info(I think).
When ever I try, I get an error message: IE has encountered
a problem and must close. We apologize for any
inconvenience, etc. I've tried to copy the entire
signature, but msvcrt.dll appears each time. I get lost on
the MS site looking for fixes, but already know most
explanations are over my head... 'heap', etc !! Does this
problem ring a bell with any one? In hopes, barb
