i have a zipped file but how do i put it into my pc and where does it go,

you can do a search for
*.dll and see where yours
are generally stored in...

incidentally, i found your
other posting. a suggestion
would be to simply reinstall
the software you are using or
install the latest windows player from
microsoft.com..

I belief in this path:
"C:\Windows\System32"
but try this first; Opena run command and type:
resvr32 msvcp70.dll click [OK] and Reboot your machine.
And see if you will get the Run C++ Time Error.
Again try to run this command:
sfc /scannow and click [OK] and get your XP CD handy to insert it if it
asked/prompted you to do so and wait for it to finish.
If the above didn't help unzip the file after scan it to the Path above.
