MSVC32i MFC Applicaation Problem

Hope someone can help.
This error message appears during boot up of XP Home.
Can't access Internet Explorer (6). Any ideas?

Are you sure about the file name and could you post the entire error
message? If it goes by too fast, hit pause on the keyboard when it appears
so you can get the entire message.
