msvc32i MFC application problem

after I start windows (XP version) I get the following:
msvc32i MFC application has encountere aproblem and needs
to close.
I get this message every time. What can I do to correct
this?

This is from the ClientMan spyware. Remove spyware with tools like
Spybot Search & Destroy and/or Ad-aware (Google for urls).
