msvc32i MFC Application error

msvc32i MFC Application error.This error keeps coming up
and telling me it will have to close. What is it, and how
can I stop it from coming up?

My English is bad, because I´m 13 and from Germany. So I hope you can
understand me a bit. Msvc32i is a spyware. You can remove this with
Spybot.
I found msvc32i in the folder "ClientMan" in my "Program Files" and
than I removed all files in the folder "ClientMan".
But some Files I couldn´t remove. I think than you will have the same
problem therefore you need Spybot. Spybot removes all spywares on your
computer. It´s very good and I always use it.
