everytime my computer starts I get an error message that
says "MSSvc.EXE has encountered a problem. Any idea how
to solve it.

It's one of the installation files for 'Stealthdisk'.
Un-installing and/or re-installing should fix it.

Do you have the Google toolbar installed. if you do you will need to
re-install the toolbar or uninstall it as it has been corrupted in some way.

It's one of the installation files for 'Stealthdisk' - an app that enables
files to be hidden.

Un-installing and/or re-installing it should fix it !!

I have never installed A program called Stealthdisk ????

I found that info off of google. It's possible that other apps have the same
exe name. Sorry couldn't help more.
