MSQ ERROR

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium and I was wanted to ask everyone a
question about this nagging problem on my computer that keeps displaying
"Windows MSQ Consolidator has stopped working". Ok I know it has to do with
Windows reporting, so I checked Start/Helpand Support/Options and then made
sure that Include Windows Online Help and Support when you search for help
and Join the help experience program were checked, I had forgotten that I
had unchecked them a few days ago so I checked them back on today and I
still keep getting that nagging error message. It tells me Microsoft is
searching for a solution but no solution ever comes. I really can't think of
anything else that I have done in the last few days that could be causing
this error. I have been running CCleaner the last few days but I unchecked
the Advanced features with that program that do include removing user Assist
History. actually I have it completally unchecked for the Advanced features
in CCleaner. I don't think that is my problem though because I noticed this
problem shortly before I installed that program. Anybody that knows how to
end this error please contact me. The only thing I can think of at this
point is a complete re-install and Microsoft isn't any help when it comes to
telling me about the error or what is going on. Like I said I know it has to
do with the Customer Experience and all of that but that doesn't tell me why
I keep getting this error or how I can stop that error from reporting it to
me. It doesn't seem to do any harm to my computer I just click close and it
says it will search for a solution which it never finds. I have tried going
into the windows solution area to check on it but there is never a reply.
Sorry such a long message and thank you for taking the time to read this
message and I hope someone out there might can help.

Thanks again.
