MSOffice XP Prof Product key

Hi I currently own an official copy of MS office XP Prof 2002 version I was
just wondering I've installed this onto two of my older computer which I've
now got rid of the problem is now I've got a new computer coming in a weeks
time an was wondering if I can still use my same product Key and if not am I
able to apply for a new one because I don’t like the Idea of paying £300 for
a newer version of what I already have??
 
Assuming that you uninstalled Office from the two older computers, Terms of
Use should allow you to install Office onto your new computer using your
product key.
 
Legally you can install Office on your desktop machine and 1 laptop as long
as the laptop is for your exclusive use ...
