MSN Video

My MSN Video is generally inoperable in that it fails to load and play; except after repaeated attempts to open. Then it fails and shuts down MSNBC to the defaukt page. I use Norton Anti Spam which I have turned off. MSN Video still does not load and play. What's a good fix?
