MSN Updates

I'm trying to update my MSN to MSN 9 and keep getting an
error messege that says, "We cannot download or install
because there seems to be no outlook 2002 or 2003 on this
computer." Any Clue?

is outlook 2002 or 2003 installed? it may be trying to install the mool
update.
