MSN is now composed of serveral programs. You may have only have
removed MSN Messenger. There should be a separate entry for Toolbar,
Email, Photo, Write or Connection Manager. Look in Add/Remove
Programs.

If you do not additional entrys, then you might have to re-install all
the MSN "modules" and then redo the removal.
