msn photo upload tool

have xp home and use msn hotmail. am trying to attach pictures to email but
need the "photo editing and attaching tool" , also called msn photo upload
tool. theres a msg that pops up whenever i try to attach files which says
that i first need to download this tool from microsoft. whenever i click the
"install" button i get an error msg saying it was unable to download the
tool. i've tried searching for this tool under "downloads" on microsoft.
does anyone know a link (that works) for this photo upload tool ? would
app any help

had this same issue with my desktop which has xp professional. clicked the
install button and it installed the tool-- no prob.

Check the internet security settings.May be that is preventing you to
download.
If that not be the case then contact msn for getting further help.
