MSN money has started to crash

Since installing Microsoft antispyware software MSN
money when I close the program it is slow to close and
with usually crash. what can I do to fix the problem

I doubt that this is related to the MSAS software. I've used Money for
years and have had no issues with it and any spyware removal software.
It sounds like you may have a problem with your Money data file. If
you've used this for a long time and have never archived, you may be
needing to do that.
