Help!!!

I recently installed msn messenger 6.0 but I still have
old version in my system. Windows messenger 4.7.

Went to add/remove programs and Windows messenger 4.7 isnt
there to uninstall.

BUT I still have 4.7 windows messenger in my system.

How do i uninstall 4.7 windows messenger when not listed
under my add/remove programs?

I have Windows xp. Would appreciate any help....

Greetings Amber,

You can remove Windows Messenger 4.7, but if you do, you will be preventing Remote
Assistance, Whiteboard, Application Sharing and any other applications that utilize Messenger
from working (or loading without problems). You can just disable Windows Messenger 4.7 (and
keep full functionality), by opening it up, click Tools, Options, Preferences tab and
unchecking 'Run this program when Windows starts'.
