msn messenger 6 XP to ME

I am running XP Pro behind a netgear dg824m wireless
router - my friend is running Windows ME - and we both
have msn messenger 6.0. I have enabled UnPNP on the
router - so we can use instant chat and audio. However
we have a problem with webcams. I can see him - but he
can't see me.

Any suggestions?

Greetings Peter,

It's possible that your video is just set on the wrong input. To correct this, click the
Tools menu, then Audio/Video Tuning Wizard and go through the wizard to select your camera.
Also, the 'Webcam' function in MSN Messenger 6 can't actually utilize UPnP, and as such, will
use a relay server to transmit your video (since a direct connection most likely won't be
able to be established). If that relay server is busy, it may not be transmitting properly,
so just try again later if you continue to have the problem.
