msn explorer

I use MSN Premium (comes with verizon DSL). When I
download a file, after the download is complete, I get an
error message that say "...MSN Explorer must close.." then
I loose my internet connection and have to sign in agin.

If I were to use my IE explorer, I can download as many
files as I want without getting disconnected.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

don't use it then.

use spybot at safer-networking.org to remove any spyware.
