MSN.com Home Page Contents Misaligned

Coincidentally, following the download and installation of "BackRex Internet
Explorer Backup" from
"http://www.backsettings.com/internet-explorer-backup.html", the contents of
MSN.com are misaligned and lnks are scattered across the page even after I
uninstalled the program. Is there anyway to solve this? I was hoping I could
use the downloaded program to retrieve Browsing History so that I could
create a log, but it did not work.

Also, "Web Settings" has been coincidentally eliminated from the "Tools"
pull-down menu in the "Menu Bar" after using the program.
