MSN Browser

My MSN Browser is all of a sudden stalling and will not completely Load. I have unintalled and reinstalled MSN 8 twice. I have also restarted Windows XP. I have rebooted the whole system. Still nothing changes. It tries to log on and goes as far as the interface window then I get a error message that MSN has experience a connection error and will have to be restarted. I click OK and it tries again but unsuccessfully. WHAT DO I DO TO CORRECT THIS ?

What does a scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a version not
later than 2002 and using updated virus definitions) show? Also, remove
spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and
Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs
before running them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal
tools in Safe Mode. If the problem persists after you know the computer
is clean, call MSN tech support.
