MSN and Hotmail flawed

I may have read about this before but can neither remember it nor find it
but this morning both MSN and Hotmail accounts give me the standard prompt
to enter my password and endless entries produce the same error. I checked
to make sure the server was okay by going online with my MSN Explorer and
looking at the e-mail for both accounts...it's there.

I tried removing the accounts and reinstalling them in Outlook without
anything changing.

Help, anyone?

If it needs mentioning, all the other pop e-mail accounts are working fine.

it's probably just a bug with the servers - if it lasts more than 48 hours,
then try a new profile (don't delete the current one, just make a new one
for the msn/hotmail accounts, adding one at a time and testing it).
