MSINFO doesn't work

I am trying to get my system informatio to send with
DXDiag. On the More Help tab of DXdiag, there is a
button for MSInfo. I click the button and nothing
happens. I need the MSinfo data to send to Everquest
techies to find out why I am having video problems but I
can't get MSinfo to work. Please help!

Try going to run,type:Msinfo32
Run seperatly from DXDIAG,save info to desired area,then
print.I never heard of running the two together for info.
For video problems youre best bet is,after the event or
error(s) etc.etc..open ADM. in control-panel,R.click
event viewer,chk the specifics on what takes place.You
can R.click,create shortcut,move to desktop,or my docs
for quicker access.Youll get more info to solve the pr-
oblem than the way youre attempting.

I tried what you suggested but nothing happened. I get the
hourglas for a second and then nothing.
