Hello,
I recently installed the MSI TV Anywhere Master, and
while the product works perfectly fine in Windows XP Pro,
and I have no issues with it whatsoever, XP is rebooting
when I ask it to shut down.

I've narrowed this down to an error, which comes up when
I shut down.

The error is as follows: Blue Screen, of course "Fatal
exception at 0x00000048, 0x00000012, 0x00000001,
0xF7B49D9C
cx88aud.sys Address F7B49D9C base at F7B49000 Date stamp
3ddd9283"

Any clues of how I can fix this problem? (other than
getting rid of the MSI Card, cause I LOVE it?)

cx88aud.sys I can only assume is your audio driver that is causing your
troubles.

Thanks
