MSI problem? Need help.

Symantec Ghost tech support says that the reason that I
can't install Ghost is because my MSI files are corrupted.
They state that there is a procedure for Uninstall/Re-
install but won't tell me what it is, that it is MS's
domain, etc. I can understand that not every third party
software package will install with MSI in quite the same
way as another's, but has anyone heard of any Ghost/MSI
problems? And where can I find the repair procedure?
