Access MSHOME is not accessible-Please Help

hi
I use winXP Pro
when I hit MSHOME I get :

MSHOME is not accessible. You might not have permission to use the network resource.
Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have acces permitions.
The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available.

How can I solve it
