What is that? David Candy was going off on Oct 1st...8:30ish, I guess about
MS servers being down or whatever, so he ranted about it in posts. But then
this guy Joe replied post after post, and said he was deleting David's post
because they were inappropriate. But I could see every thing David and Joe
said. What gives?

Are you connecting direct to Microsoft's servers? Or to your local ISP?

Two points - it was quite a time before the 'being removed' post and in
the meantime you may have got the header downloaded to your machine.
Second it may have been removed from the Microsoft server, but in the
interim will have spread onto other servers world-wide, and a
cancellation of the post takes time to get around, even if other servers
honor them - which many do not
