Such a thing for a Brit to say! Well I never!
I thought we were making lemonade out of
lemons. One can argue 'til the cows come home
about the exact meaning of words that were
slang yesterday and are somehow technical
terms today, so why send good money after
bad? Then again, I guess one man's meat is
another man's poison. But however you slice it,
you'll catch more flies with honey than....or is
it... a carrot is better than a stick to a blind
man...if his stomach is the way to his heart?

Yes, no, I was agreeing with you (at least, I think I was...), in part,
anyway, but was still disconcerted by the fact I had allowed "BillInCo's"
comments to adversely affect me and, even though I said it (and do) myself,
still think it's a let-down to allow one to become distracted by all
"this" - from the real science - which should *always* be the focus of all
of our posts...

No offence was meant - to anyone!

Plus, happy humbug to you all, out there in Window's-land....
