MSDN Express Help no topics errors

To StrandElectric, and others: If you get many "No topics" errors, perhaps
you chose local help only option. To change that option, try this:

- In VB, go to Tools-->Options.
- Enable "Show all settings" on the lower left.
- Go to Environment-->Help-->Online, and change the setting here.

You can also see the same setting when you go to the help window itself, and
click Tools-->Options. If you change it here, it would change in VB, and
vice versa.

Personally, I have it set to search online first.
