Running 6.0 on Windows ME. When running Internet Explorer
the program will pop up the SYSTEMS file menu. Everytime I
reboot the SYSTEMS file menu appears. Internet Explorer is
also adding script to the MSCONIF file (I can de-select
these startup items in MSCONFIG and everything runs good
until I use Internet Explorer again and then the SYSTEMS
menu opens again and the MSCONFIG is messed up again.

Any ideas?
 
System files are looking for new certificates. With IE open, go to Tools >
Options > Advanced and scroll down to Security. Uncheck "Check for publisher
certificate" and "Check for server certificate". Click OK.
