MSCONFIG.

Whenever I try to get MSCONFIG. to come up on my computer it flashes on then off. It also does it when I press CTRL, ALT, DELETE. to get to the start up box. What is going on with this.

This is caused by certain spyware/virus.
Scan your computer with a virus scan with updated
definitions.
Scan for spyware.

The type of behavior you describe is typical behavior of more than
one virus/worm, the three below being the most common:

definitions aren't kept up-to-date, try using one or more of the free
on-line scanners to double-check your system.
