Do a google search for the file, also you need to get the
correct version based on your operating system, the file
is free all over the web, for future reference there are
sites for example that supply missing drivers or DLL files.

msconfig is not a programme, Tyler, it's a utility. Type msconfig in
Start/Run and it takes you to the System Configuration Utility.

Hi Tyler,

To extract a new copy:

Go to Start/Run/CMD. Insert your XP CD into the drive and enter the
following command:

EXPAND -R X:\I386\MSCONFIG.EX_ Z:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES

This will extract a new copy of the MSCONFIG.EXE from the CD.
