msconfig won't load

When I attempt to start msconfig in XP Pro, I get the
error message asking if I want to send or not send a
report. What do I look for to resolve this problem. I
also get a lot of runtime errors in viewing web pages. I
am always asked if I want to debug. I don't have a clue
what I am supposed to do nor do I know how to resolve
these. Anyone know what I need to look for???

do a online scan, The swen virus attacts, msconfig,task
manager and regedit.

if not re-install it

there will be a second copy in c;\servicepackfiles\I386

I ran an online scan and it did not find any viruses.
Additionally, I tried the msconfig from the Servicepack
folder and still got the error message. My computer
seems to function normally other than this problem. Any
further ideas?
