msconfig/regedit

For some reason, my msconfig/regedit is disabled. I don't
know how to enable/activate it. Any guidance is greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.

says: Memory Access Violation In Module Kernel32 At
xxxx:xxxxxxxx Any clues?

Jeff,

That particular utility will not work if you have policy restrictions in
force. Try this one: Lift Restrictions - TM, Regedit and CMD (Line 275)

If that doesn't help/work run the small app on line 261 and post the log
file here. Good luck!
