MSCONFIG "Help" Button

[AL HOLLOWAY]

When I click the 'Help' button on MSCONFIG no help is displayed. Only the
hourglass briefly appears and nothing else.

I'm running Win 2000 SP4. Can someone tell me what's going on here?

MSCONFIG doesn't natively exist in Windows 2000 so it stands to reason the
help file doesn't either. Possibly if you also copied msconfig.chm to
%systemroot%\help directory.
