Msconfig always runs

I have msconfig configured to run in selective startup mode. Despite
checking the "Don't run again" button, it always runs at startup??
This just started a few days ago for no apparent reason. Could this be
a virus? I have the latest Norton Antivirus definitions but a scan reveals
no viruses.

I've even tried deleting the RUN registry entry, but it just keeps coming
back.

This script removes the msconfig RUN entry in the registry. I have tried
both the script and manually removing the entry, but it does not solve
the problem..
