msconfg shows useless startup items, regedit doesn't even have them shown.

Hi.
I recently uninstalled Microsoft Money that came preinstalled in my
computer, I'll never use it. Now in msconfg > startup it shows:
[checkbox] - Startup Item - Command - Location
[checked] - mnyexpr - "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Money\System\mnyexpr.exe" -
SOFTWARE\Mircosoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
[checked] - blank - blank - as above

Before I uninstalled MS Money these two startup items were not there.
Regedit does not show them at all. The folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Money\System\ is gone so there isn't even a mnyexpr.exe to run.

If I remove the checks and reboot, it pops the msconfg up with Selective
Startup and Load Startup Items unchecked. When I check Normal Startup the 2
useless items get rechecked in the Startup Items. I can't get rid of them.

What do I have to do to fix this?

Normally you should undo these within the program before uninstalling.
Just what you wanted to hear, huh?

Msconfig - To Remove Entries:

These values are stored in the Registry.
Click Start/Run/Regedit

For items that were in the Start menu, Programs, Startup folder:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupfolder.
You'll find a subkey for each disabled item.

For items loaded from the Registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg.
Again, you'll find a subkey for each disabled item.

I just noticed that you need to set your time and/or Time Zone.
You're running way fast.

HKLU ?? Did you mean HKCU??
I see no problem deleting the Logitech reference. For example; I deleted a
reference to InCD after I put a shortcut in my special folder on the Start
Menu. I start InCD when I want to run it. I've removed SO many Run entries.
I've added a couple also.

do you think? I don't need it to load when windows starts, and I did
