Hi,
Does somebody knowes this program. Is this a virus or something else. It
starts allways when i start my pc, and use 100% CPU Performance.

Could be a browser plug-in app or a variant of the Bymer worm which
installs a file with some msxx32.exe name. Scan with both a good up to
date antivirus product (such as KAV) and with Spybot. You might also
poke around looking at your startup axis to see what's starting the
process. You can also try killing the process either using the Windows
three fingered salute or with a process killer app. My web site has
