MSC Files

This problem happens to me before and someone gave me a good hand, but I
can't find it in my files.
My files with extension MSC "Administrative Tools" are not open anylonger.
It might be they are corrupted or simply with light problems.
Anyone had this experience and can assist me ??

Many thanks for your assistance.

Both firsts suggestions did not work.

However with the "file association fix", returning files as per installation
default, it worked out.
