I know this may seem sad...but how do I clean the cache
files? Some things I know...others I have NO clue!

Navigate to the (drive letter -usually C
Windows\Prefetch and delete all
files with a *.pf name.
These may not be visible on your system. So, while you're there, click on
tools (upper portion of the screen near the help button.) and then on folder
options. On the new screen click on View, set it to Show hidden files and
folders, make it UNhide extentions for known file types, and as a matter of
principle go ahead an show protected operating system files.
Next navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\_your account name_\Local
Settings\
Crack open the Temp folder. Delete all that.
Crack open the Temporary Internet Files. Delete all that.
Update your antivirus software. If you don't have any go here:
