MSAS: Upadates Not Automatically Occurring

MSAS is not automatically updating the Signature Data.

1. I read elsewhere that MS has changed the update process to use
Windows Update. Is this correct for V1.0.615?
2. My Internet Explorer will not connect to any Internet website, while
FireFox has not problem. I suspect that is keeping WIndows Update from
working.

Suggestions for how to get MSAS to update the Signature Data?

#1 is not correct until Beta2 is available--i.e. not yet.
2) is probably your problem--consider the setting in tools, internet
options, connections tab, and either settings or lan settings, depending--to
"automatically detect settings" Sometimes that helps.

Make certain IE is not in Offline Mode (no checkmark for File > Work Offline).
