MSAS-Scan programming.-Bug ??

I am Flemish (Belgium) and have still problems sheduling
my automatic scanning.PM changes automatically in AM when
saving the time programmed.This problem is spread all
over this website.A Microsoft website.Up to now no
solutions have been proposed.When is Microsoft to
intervene?A solution to this problem is welcome.

It an apparent bug... I have had better results using the 12 hr AM/PM clock
in my computer setup.
