I try to install Exchange 2000 ADC and my net logon
service is not starting. It gives me that a dependency
service failed to start or marked for deletion. The only
dependency that shows up in the properties is workstation
service and that is running. Any siggestions?

The netlogon service depends on the Server service as well as the
Workstation service. Make sure you have File and Print Sharing installed and
is enabled. Check the registry keys under
HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Netlogon\DependOnService and verfiy
LanmanWorkstation and LanmanServer are both listed.
