MSACM32.dll not found

I'm using a Windows XP Professional pc. I recently installed the uninstalled the Creative MediaSource program and since I then restarted my pc I keep getting all these error messages saying things for example like... rundll32.exe - Unable to Locate Component. The message always then reads - The application has failed to start because MSACM32.dll was not found. Re-installling the application may fix this problem.

I've tried repairing Windows from the cd but that hasn't helped.

Can anyone help as to what I should do
