A required .DLL file, Msacm32.dll not found

Afternoon,
I had a bit of a problem with a hard disc and after windows
automatically fixed it i get the error "A required .DLL file, Msacm32.dll,
was not found" on loading some programs.

Searched the net but can`t find an answer on how to solve this.

Any ideas appreciated

I checked this site and it has the dll that you need
also on the home page it has instructions on how to
install it.
