MS04-011 installation freeze's Windows2000 notebooks

hi

After completing this update two notebooks loaded with
Windows 2000 Professional froze on bootup. I've
uninstalled this update in safe mode and it booted in okay.
Please help by mailing in if you have this fault.
Any help out there?
